SUMMARY:Insight Optix Webinar: Best Practices to Collect from Microsoft Teams in an Effective\, Defensible and Proportional Manner
DESCRIPTION:Webinar: Best Practices to Collect from Microsoft Teams in an Effective\, Defensible and Proportional Manner Webinar\nDate: Tuesday\, May 23\, 2023 \nTime: 12:00pm CT \nRegister: Click Here to Register \nSummary \nJoin us on Tuesday\, May 23 for a live webinar when panelists from Insight Optix and X1 will discuss Best Practices to Collect from MS Teams in an Effective\, Defensible and Proportional Manner. \nThe adoption of Microsoft 365 (“MS 365”) by enterprises continues to grow exponentially. An enormous amount of data resides within these sources and collecting from such disparate data repositories can be extremely challenging. Most eDiscovery tools collect from MS 365 by simply making bulk copies of data\, and then transfering that data en masse to their own proprietary processing and/or review platform. This problematic approach is costly and time-consuming and often results in data overcollection that is disproportionate to the needs of your case. Case law and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provide that the duty to preserve only applies to potentially relevant information\, but unless you have the right operational processes in place\, you’re losing the ability to attain the benefits of proportionality. \nIn this webinar we will discuss new and innovative ways to perform optimized search and targeted collection of data with MS 365 data sources including\, widely used MS Teams and other on-premise and cloud hybrid data sources to achieve accuracy and proportionality. \nModerator: \nJohn Patzakis\, Chief Legal Office at X1 \nPanelists: \nMandi Ross – Chief Executive Officer at Insight Optix \nKunjan Zaveri – Chief Technical Officer at X1 \nHosted by Insight Optix | 23 May 2023 @ 12:00pm CT \nInterested in more eDiscovery?
