I was saddened last week to find out that Jeff Lamboy, a colleague and friend of mine and many others passed away last month.
I had only gotten to know Jeff since the pandemic as he was VP of Marketing at two companies that were partners of eDiscovery Today – first with IPRO and most recently with KLDiscovery. He also worked at several other companies in a marketing role during his career, including GE Aviation, GoDaddy, and Rackspace.
His support was instrumental in the latter partnership as he reached out to me as soon as he got there. In every call I had with him, Jeff was always upbeat and positive (even as he was battling cancer), and he was a great guy to work with.
He was also a big car and motorcycle enthusiast, and his office background was always decorated with automotive memorabilia.
Jeff Lamboy has a memorial page here for those who knew him and would like to add a memory, or read the several memories already written about him. There will also be a memorial service for him in San Antonio on Thursday, as follows:
Texas Memorial Service and Reception
Thursday, June 8, 2023, 10am-11am
Helena’s Catholic Church
14714 Edgemont Street
San Antonio, TX 78247
Rest in Peace, Jeff. I have a feeling there is a beautiful motorcycle trail in Heaven with your name on it.
