The 2025 UF Law E-Discovery Conference is Taking Registrations!: eDiscovery Trends

If you missed it last year, you’ll want to hurry this year! The 2025 UF Law E-Discovery Conference is now taking registrations!

The 12th(!) annual UF Law eDiscovery Conference conducted by the University of Florida Levin College of Law (UF Law) stretches over three(!) immersive days, where attendees will dive into the forefront of eDiscovery trends, participate in practical sessions, and connect with some of the brightest minds in the field. This year’s theme, “E-Discovery with Heart,” highlights the conference’s commitment to building strong connections through innovation, collaboration, and a shared passion for advancing the field.

The 2025 UF Law eDiscovery Conference is scheduled for February 12th and 13th, which enables you to be home in time for Valentine’s Day! Now, that’s eDiscovery with heart! ❤️

As always, the conference covers everything from mental health and mentorship in eDiscovery to hyperlinked files to negotiation and cooperation while also exploring relevant topics such as the rise in legal operations, and (of course) AI and generative AI. The preliminary agenda is available here for you to check out.

As always, there will be short “nuts & bolts” sessions on both in-person days, and I’m honored and excited to participate again in the conference conducting one of those! Want to know what I’ll be speaking about? Stay tuned!

You can register here for the 2025 UF Law eDiscovery Conference for either in-person or virtual. If you’re looking to attend in-person, not only is there an early bird, but there is also a significant limit to the number of in-person attendees.

So, even though we’re over three months away from the conference, don’t wait if you want to attend in person! I tell you this every year, yet several people get shut out each time! Don’t be them! The 2025 UF Law eDiscovery Conference promises once again to be the best conference of the year for terrific speakers talking about eDiscovery topics!
