It’s official! The 2025 UF Law E-Discovery Conference is approved for two free days of eDiscovery CLE! Here’s how to get it!
The 12th(!) annual UF Law eDiscovery Conference conducted by the University of Florida Levin College of Law (UF Law) stretches over three(!) immersive days, where attendees will dive into the forefront of eDiscovery trends, participate in practical sessions, and connect with some of the brightest minds in the field. This year’s theme, “E-Discovery with Heart,” highlights the conference’s commitment to building strong connections through innovation, collaboration, and a shared passion for advancing the field.
The two primary days of the 2025 UF Law eDiscovery Conference are February 12th and 13th, which frees you up for Valentine’s Day! Now, that’s eDiscovery with heart! ❤️
As always, the conference covers everything from mental health and mentorship in eDiscovery to hyperlinked files to negotiation and cooperation while also exploring relevant topics such as the rise in legal operations, and (of course) AI and generative AI. The preliminary agenda is available here for you to check out.
As always, there will be short “nuts & bolts” sessions on both in-person days, and I’m honored and excited to participate again in the conference conducting the session titled Key Trends Transforming eDiscovery in 2025 on Thursday, February 13, where I’ll discuss notable trends from the 2025 State of the Industry report which will be coming out later this month!
Here’s even more good news: The 12th Annual UF Law E-Discovery Project Conference is approved by the Florida Bar for 16 CLE credits, 6.5 ethics credits, 1 mental awareness credit, 10 technology credits, and 16 credits each for Business Litigation Certification and Civil Trial Certification. That’s two free days of eDiscovery CLE! And ACEDS has approved a total of 13.25 CEDS credits for those sitting for the CEDS exam or recertifying!
You can register here for the 2025 UF Law eDiscovery Conference. If you’re looking to attend in-person, you’re too late (hey, I warned you!), but you can still attend virtually and receive great, CLE-approved eDiscovery education!
As always, the 2025 UF Law eDiscovery Conference promises once again to be the best conference of the year for terrific speakers talking about eDiscovery topics! Don’t miss it!
