Not literally, of course! šŸ˜‰ Our July 2025 EDRM monthly case law webinar has six great cases for you to check out on August 5th!

On Tuesday, August 5th, EDRM will host the webcast Important eDiscovery Case Law Decisions for July 2025 at 1pm ET (noon CT, 10:00am PT). Our July 2025 EDRM monthly webinar of cases covered by the eDiscovery Today blog discusses disputes related to improper boilerplate objections, confidentiality agreements applied to non-party recipients, sanctions for failing to preserve cockpit voice recorder/flight data recorder, waiver of privilege by sharing documents with a third-party litigation funder, possession, custody, and control of hyperlinked podcast file, and sanctions for discarding a laptop hard drive! Topics to be addressed include:
