- In Camera Review of Redactions
- Privilege Log Admissibility as Evidence

- Requirement to Produce Metadata
- Production of Over 50,000 Pages of ESI Claimed as Privileged
As usual, I’ve provided links to the cases, so that you can read up on their in advance. Who doesn’t love that? 😁
I will be participating once again with the usual cast of characters: Tom O’Connor (Director of the Gulf Legal Technology Center), Mary Mack (CEO and Chief Legal Technologist of EDRM) and Hon. Andrew Peck (Ret.), Senior Counsel at DLA Piper. They’re like a box of chocolates – you never know what you’re going to get! 😉
BTW, we acknowledge that this webinar falls on Presidents Day, which is a holiday for some of you (it was the only day all four of us were available this month). If you’re off that day, go ahead and register anyway to get a link to the recording of the webinar and the slides!
As always, it promises to be an interesting, entertaining and educational discussion regarding some unique cases. Click here to register for Monday’s February 2026 EDRM case law webinar!
So, what do you think? Are you interested in what our panel is going to say about cases like these? If so, consider attending the webinar! Unfortunately, those of us who are federal government employees won’t be able to attend, as our offices are closed on Monday for Presidents’ Day. 🙁
Apologies, Milton! Unfortunately, this coming Monday is the only day all four of us are available this month, so we had to do it then. While you can’t attend live, go ahead and register and you’ll get a link to the recording and the slides.
