Sara Fry manages the implementation and delivery of Open Text Legal Hold. She is an experienced tech-savvy litigation paralegal and eDiscovery leader with 25 years of experience in the full EDRM spectrum, from preservation through to trial and resides at the foothills of the great Canadian Rockies in Calgary. Sara has helped countless cross-border law firms and corporate legal teams with aligning legal technologies with relevant strategies to save time and costs, reduce risk and increase successful outcomes. She has successfully defended legal hold and preservation activities under legal scrutiny. Sara recently earned her Executive Master of Business Degree from the University of Fredericton and travelled to Amsterdam to learn about leading global product innovation, entrepreneurship, and championing innovative change.

John Pilznienski is a Senior Solutions Consultant at OpenText Legal Tech. He is an experienced tech-savvy attorney with over 20 years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support working in the Washington DC region. He has a demonstrated history of working with corporations, service providers, and law firms on a wide variety of areas including eDiscovery, legal hold, data privacy, information governance, and compliance. He has also advised legal teams on applying machine learning and analytics workflows. John received his JD from American University, Washington College of Law and his BA from the University of Rochester. He currently resides in the Los Angeles metro area.
