For more than 25 years, Steve has focused his practice on litigation support and electronic discovery matters. He provides his clients with practical and cost-effective discovery management solutions in all types of cases, including product liability, business litigation and intellectual property matters. This includes counseling clients on electronic discovery processes, vendors, and products that will produce defensible, cost-effective solutions.
Steve has extensive experience in establishing and managing document collections, reviews and productions. He has handled projects that range in size from several hundred pages to multimillion-page document collections, reviews and productions in high-profile cases. Steve is also knowledgeable in preparing and negotiating protective orders, production protocols and defendant fact sheet obligations. In addition, he is well-versed in applying confidentiality and privilege claims to company documents and defending those claims if issues arise.

Vik is a Senior Vice President of Litigation and leads the Global Managed Review organization.
Vik has over ten years of experience with UnitedLex. In his tenure, he developed the managed review organization in Gurugram, India, integrated a major discovery practice group into UnitedLex’s operations in Richmond, Virginia, and developed an award-winning, solutions driven program management structure for UnitedLex’s largest clients in litigation. He now manages a team of over 1000 project attorneys, managers, technologists and consultants in the US, India and Europe that delivers litigation and investigation services for UnitedLex’s diverse corporate client base in the US, India and Europe. Vik also sustains client relationships as an Executive Sponsor and delivery leader.
Prior to UnitedLex, Vik worked at Deloitte in its eDiscovery practice. He has a JD degree from Brooklyn Law school and lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and two daughters.

Director, Solutions & Advisory
UnitedLex
Amy is a Director on the Litigation Solutions & Advisory team working with both corporate and law firm clients on optimizing eDiscovery across the litigation lifecycle. Amy works to find customized solutions that successfully manage both the business and technical demands of modern litigation.
Prior to this role, Amy served across several critical areas within UnitedLex, including Director of Culture & Engagement in Human Resources and Director of the Client Engagement for Global Litigation Services. In addition, as Director of Document Review, Amy had oversight of the review team in Overland Park, Kansas. She has also served as the Program Manager for reviews produced by the UnitedLex Litigation Knowledge Centers. Amy has worked with litigation teams around the globe during her tenure with UnitedLex, playing a central role in projects in India, Europe and the United States.
Amy has a JD from The University of Iowa College of Law and lives in Leawood, Kansas with her husband and two children.
