This webinar discussion examines the ethical concerns that stem from the use of generative AI by law firms and their clients.

The focus of this session is an exploration of the use and great potential for generative AI in the practice of law and the concomitant need for due care and caution around its usage. During this webinar, Justine Phillips, Ed McIntyre, and Matt Krengel will share their thoughts on the practical and ethical implications of this transformational new technology and its many benefits and pitfalls.

The panel will provide a deeper understanding of the intersection between ethics, privacy, intellectual property, data governance, and other considerations in relation to generative AI.
