Kristin Sunderman is the eDiscovery & ESI Mgmt Director at Freddie Mac where she manages all aspects of the EDRM from identification through production, for the entire company. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Ms. Sunderman spent the last 20+ years in the industry working not only for law firms and corporations but also as an eDiscovery vendor. It is in the vendor world that Ms. Sunderman spent the bulk of her career. She started off in project management but quickly worked up to managing all of Operations. It is there that she focused on creating efficiencies, implementing automation and providing a development path for new eDiscovery specialists. Ms. Sunderman continues to focus on process improvements and development in her current role and prides herself on being heavily involved in mentorship and inclusion programs.

Jaime Raba is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP where he dedicates his practice to the intersection of complex data and the law, which covers a broad swath of contexts including trials, law and motion, compliance, counselling, internal investigations, discovery, corporate transactions, and complex negotiations. A technologist whose toolset includes programming, data science, information security, and expertise in a wide range of computer systems (ranging from obscure legacy systems to advanced technologies), Jaime is known for his ability to create and leverage technology to develop legal strategies, to make mission-critical decisions, and to identify elusive evidence trapped within electronically stored information ranging from macroscopic observations to needles in big-data haystacks. Prior to that, Casey was a leader in the Forensic Technology Practice for PwC. Prior to that, Casey built out the antitrust forensic technology practice and served as the national subject matter expert on eDiscovery for KPMG.
