Michelle is an eDiscovery Senior Manager at Cox Enterprises Inc.’s Litigation Center of Excellence and a Certified eDiscovery Specialist. In her role as an eDiscovery Senior Manager for a company as diverse and large as Cox, she serves as the central point of contact for all Cox companies for all eDiscovery issues. Her daily work includes issuing legal holds, managing evidence collections and data processing projects, negotiating eDiscovery vendor agreements, managing document review and production costs, and serving as a liaison between in-house counsel, outside counsel, information technology teams, and outside vendors to ensure a successful workflow during discovery. Prior to joining Cox Enterprises, Michelle was a senior litigation paralegal in Cox Communications’ Law & Policy Group, where she managed eDiscovery services in CCI’s intellectual property litigation and government investigations. With more than twenty years of experience as a litigation paralegal, Michelle worked with several Atlanta law firms before joining Cox. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Sweet Briar College and a Paralegal Certificate from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies.

Discovery Program Manager

Gladys is a Discovery Program Manager in Discovery Operations. Gladys has 19+ years of experience working in litigation support, 15 of those years with JPMorgan Chase. Gladys managed the Legal Holds team within Legal Discovery Management (LDM) for majority of her years at the bank, focusing on global litigation eDiscovery needs pertaining to Legal hold implementation and hold notifications. Gladys serves as the SME on legal holds, advising on preservation process for the bank, best practices for implementing legal holds, as well as communicating the bank’s legal hold needs to technology partners. Currently, Gladys is managing LDM’s Electronic Communications Preservations and Collection team.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Legal Studies from City College of the City University of New York, a Master’s in Public Administration from Pace University and a Master Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
