IPRO is currently collaborating with ACEDS to gather and analyze data based on legal professionals’ experiences using eDiscovery technology as well as their expectations and priorities for 2023.
In addition to demographic questions, law firm and corporate legal respondents are asked questions ranging from beliefs about the future of eDiscovery, key priorities for 2023, expected biggest challenges in 2023, various questions related to use of AI and technology and variety of data sources. There are several questions about the use of AI in particular, so it will be particularly interesting to see what the results are for that area, as well as overall.
The survey should take roughly 5 minutes and is completely anonymous. No personal data will be collected unless you provide your name and email address to receive the results report. The results will be shared with the eDiscovery community at a later date.
You can take the survey here! Check it out!
So, what do you think? What are your eDiscovery expectations and priorities for 2023? Please share any comments you might have or if you’d like to know more about a particular topic.
