Our September 2023 EDRM Case Law Webinar Will Not Be Sanctionable!: eDiscovery Webinars

Fall is in the air and so is the whiff of sanctions with our September 2023 EDRM monthly case law webinar on October 4th!

On Wednesday, October 4th, EDRM will host the webcast Important eDiscovery Case Law Decisions for September 2023 at 1pm ET (noon CT, 10:00am PT). Our September 2023 monthly webinar of cases covered by the eDiscovery Today blog discusses six disputes including sanctions for discovery violations & misrepresentations, sanctions affirmed for spoliation of cell phone data, sanctions vacated for counsel in “smoking emoji” case, sanctions for failing to preserve text messages, multiple sanctions against defendant for discovery violations, and a diagnostic protocol to assess adequacy of plaintiff’s productions!
