Tomorrow, EDRM will host the webcast Important eDiscovery Case Law Decisions for October 2023 at 1pm ET (noon CT, 10:00am PT). Tomorrow’s October 2023 monthly webinar of cases covered by the eDiscovery Today blog forensic protocol negotiation and scope, sanctions for plaintiff attorneys in the Bob Dylan case, discovery issues identified during bench trial, voluntary waiver of discoverable materials, sanctions for spoliation of video evidence by NYC Department of Corrections, and a claim over the use of an emoji to influence stock prices!
