In her latest post, Sarena Regazzoni of Hanzo discusses assessing confidence in the age of digital data amidst the surge of digital collaboration tools!
As Sarena notes in this post (Assessing Confidence in the Age of Digital Data: A Legal Industry Perspective, available here), the 2023 Legal Industry Collaboration Data Survey paints a nuanced picture of confidence among legal professionals in handling digital data. While 60% of respondents felt more adept at managing digital data compared to previous years, 40% expressed concerns about keeping pace with the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
There are at least three factors influencing confidence levels. Here is one of them:
Growing Data Volumes and Complexity: With the exponential increase in digital data, particularly from collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack, 70% of legal professionals acknowledge the heightened challenge in managing this data effectively.
What are the other two factors influencing assessing confidence in the age of digital data? And how do experience, expertise, training and education factor in? Read Sarena’s post here, it’s just one more click! I’m confident you’ll find it informative! 😉
So, what do you think? How confident are you in managing legal data amidst the surge of digital collaboration tools? Please share any comments you might have or if you’d like to know more about a particular topic.
