Tom O’Connor & I had a fun discussion on his popular eDiscovery Channel interview series, discussing Microsoft Teams with Mike McBride!
Mike has been in the industry a long time, with an IT career of over 25 years, and close to two decades in legal technology, working for both law firms and software/service providers in eDiscovery. Mike has also been publishing an excellent blog (cleverly titled “Mike McBride Online”) for over 22 years! Mike is currently the M365 Modern Workplace Engineer at the Baton Rouge office of Bricker Graydon, is responsible for all M365 infrastructure including Teams. and is a nationally recognized expert in Teams implementation.
In our interview, Tom and I discussed with Mike how Teams is structured, where the data is located, how it handles eDiscovery, if it’s really a viable option for small organizations and Mike’s recommendations for organizations in implementing Teams and configuring it to support their needs.
It was a fun and informative discussion with Mike! Check out our interview with Mike McBride here or below via the eDiscovery Channel!
So, what do you think? Are you dealing with challenges associated with discovery of data from Microsoft Teams in your cases? Please share any comments you might have or if you’d like to know more about a particular topic.
