Tom O’Connor & I had a fun discussion on his popular eDiscovery Channel interview series, discussing Microsoft Copilot with Ben Schorr!

Ben has been a Senior Content Program Manager with Microsoft for over eight years. Ben has been a technology professional – with an emphasis on legal technology, productivity, networking, and messaging systems – for over 30 years. He’s also been an author and member of the American Bar Association (ABA) for over 18 years, authoring numerous lawyer’s guides to Microsoft products and more.

In our interview, Tom and I discussed Microsoft Copilot with Ben, including how to get started with it and what it does well (and not so well). We also discussed best practices for using Copilot and how the use of Copilot can impact evidence for eDiscovery.
