Hosted by Kelly Twigger, a nationally recognized expert in ediscovery, the podcast will provide listeners with valuable insights into recent ediscovery case law.
Starting today, the first five episodes of the Case of the Week Webcast (produced in partnership with ACEDS) are available immediately in podcast format, covering key rulings from late 2020 and early 2021 that helped shape the evolving landscape of electronic discovery. Over the next few months, the remaining 150 episodes will be released, ensuring that listeners have access to a comprehensive library of ediscovery case law analysis. Moving forward, each new Case of the Week webcast will also be published in podcast form, giving professionals even more flexibility in how they access critical updates.
“We’re excited to bring Case of the Week to the podcast world,” said Kelly Twigger, founder and CEO of eDiscovery Assistant. “This new format allows us to meet our audience where they are, whether it’s during a commute or while multitasking, ensuring they can stay on top of crucial ediscovery rulings without missing a beat.”
The podcast offers expert insights into recent ediscovery rulings and actionable takeaways for litigators and legal professionals handling electronically stored information (ESI). Going forward, new episodes will be available weekly in both webcast and podcast formats, ensuring comprehensive access to vital case law updates.
Nobody breaks down case law rulings like Kelly, so it’s exciting that Case of the Week will be available to an even wider audience via this new podcast!
