Tom O’Connor & I had a fun discussion on his popular eDiscovery Channel interview series, discussing Generative AI with Adam Gutbezhal!

Adam is a Litigation Associate with Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C., based in Boston. He is a recognized thought leader on the legal implications of Generative AI. He is a member of multiple steering committees and task forces regarding the use of Gen AI. Adam has also been a featured speaker for numerous associations and organizations and has written extensively on the topic of Generative Artificial Intelligence, including its legal and practical effects on the workplace.

In our interview, Tom and I discussed generative AI and other aspects of lawyers working with technology with Adam, including his own approach to using generative AI, some of the pitfalls and challenges associated with it, and how smaller firms are addressing the use of generative AI and emerging technologies. We also discussed costs, pricing, vendor selection and all sorts of issues that lawyers wrestle with in legal technology today.
