Time for another thought leader interview on eDiscovery Today! This time, I’m interviewing Monica Harris of Consult Harris Collective!
Monica Harris has over a decade of engineering, training, consulting, product development, sales and marketing leadership experience in the eDiscovery industry. She is a crusader for the development and implementation of cross collaborative initiatives inside and outside of organizations that increase positivity, productivity, revenue and margin. And she recently embarked on her latest adventure – starting her own consulting firm: Consult Harris Collective.
Monica and I covered a lot of topics, ranging from why she decided this was the right time to start her own consulting business, what inspired the name of her business, the services she is providing, who she considers to be the primary prospects for these services and how she expects to differentiate her services from other providers.
We also discussed current trends in our industry she’s focused on and which of those trends industry professionals should be more focused on, her participation in organizations like ACEDS, Women in eDiscovery, BUiLT and others, how she is helping companies amplify business reach and connect with target audiences, and how organizations can succeed in driving innovation.
