eDiscovery Day 2025 is this Thursday! And eDiscovery Today is excited to be one of the sponsors again! Here are the latest details on what’s happening!
Back in October, Exterro (the founders of the event back in 2015) announced that the 11th annual eDiscovery Day is set for December 4, with this year’s theme being “AI, Risk, and the Future of eDiscovery.”
eDiscovery Day has become one of the largest annual events in legal technology, spanning in-person and virtual sessions across continents and engaging thousands of professionals in the past five years alone. Today, its reach extends far beyond the United States, with active participation across Canada, the U.K., Europe, and Asia-Pacific, supported by organizations such as The Sedona Conference and Women in eDiscovery. Together, they’ve helped transform what started as an awareness initiative into the global heartbeat of the profession.
This year once again, Exterro is conducting eDiscovery Day 2025 in partnership with EDRM, ACEDS and eDiscovery Today. And, as discussed on the eDiscovery Day website, our four organizations will be hosting five educational webcasts over the course of the day! Here’s the lineup:
10am-11am ET: Smarter, Faster, Defensible: The AI Advantage in Discovery (Hosted by Exterro)
11:30am-12:30am ET: Walk Before You Run: Why Technical Competence Must Precede AI Literacy (Hosted by ACEDS)
1pm-2pm ET: Future-Proofing eDiscovery: Challenges and Considerations Associated with Modern Data Sources (Hosted by eDiscovery Today)
2:30-3:30pm ET: Hybrid Work, Hybrid Risks: Guidance for Governing eDiscovery in an AI World (Hosted by EDRM)
4pm-5pm ET: GenAI on the Record: Redefining eDiscovery Without Raising Risk (Hosted by Exterro)
eDiscovery Today is excited to be hosting the session Future-Proofing eDiscovery: Challenges and Considerations Associated with Modern Data Sources with Greg Buckles, Founder & Consultant at eDJ Group, Inc.; Jerry Bui, SVP of Digital Forensics, Purpose Legal and Kelly Twigger, Founder & CEO, Minerva26 and Principal, ESI Attorneys!
