ProSearch Appoints Donovan Bell as Director of AI Delivery Transformation
Newly Created Leadership Role Strengthens ProSearch’s Investment in AI-Enabled Delivery Innovation and Operational Excellence
LOS ANGELES, Calif. – September 29, 2026 – ProSearch today announced that Donovan Bell has joined the company as director of AI delivery transformation, a newly created role focused on advancing the organization’s AI delivery capabilities, operational transformation initiatives, and innovation strategy.
Bell brings more than two decades of experience leading technology, operations, and business transformation initiatives at global organizations including Intel Corporation, Microsoft, Walmart, and Las Vegas Sands to ProSearch. Most recently, he served as head of global operations for Intel’s Corporate Affairs, Policy, Integrity, Trade & Legal group, where he led enterprise transformation initiatives spanning operations, automation, analytics, change management, and technology governance.
“Donovan brings a unique combination of transformation leadership, operational discipline, AI skills, and industry knowledge,” says Debora Jones, chief operating officer of ProSearch. “His experience helping large organizations adopt new technologies, modernize business processes, and build sustainable operating models stood out throughout the search process. He is widely recognized for his work in legal operations transformation and for helping organizations align people, process, technology, and change management to drive measurable outcomes.
In his new role, Bell will partner across ProSearch to help strengthen delivery capabilities, accelerate operational modernization efforts, and support the company’s continued investment in innovation. His focus will include identifying opportunities to improve how services are delivered, enhancing organizational capability, and helping teams effectively incorporate emerging technologies into scalable business processes.
