New Data Integrations and Automated Preservation

Building on integration with Microsoft 365/Purview, Evolve now includes Google Workspace/Vault, Box^®, and Dropbox to provide one-click visibility into mapped custodian data sources and enable automated in-place preservation. This visibility allows guided custodian surveys to help employees identify relevant data sources directly from the platform, reducing the risk of overlooked information. Enterprise tracking records preservation history across matters, while in-app notifications and ServiceNow ticketing route preservation requests for non-connected data sources.

Cross-Matter Command Center

Configurable cross-matter and matter-level dashboards give legal teams visibility into hold activity, outstanding acknowledgements, data sources, and preservation status, making it easier to identify issues and trends. Customized reports, a survey question bank, and custodian FAQs further simplify daily work.
