The Lit Hold is Over – What Next?
So you’ve been under a litigation hold for awhile, but the case has concluded. So now what? Our presenters – experts in the legal, records management, and eDiscovery fields – will other places the data might be, the role of legacy software and data storage, and walk through hybrid approaches depending on the case and data types. They will also discuss the conundrum of digital trash and how that relates to managing records and the eDiscovery process.
Dr. Gavin Manes is a nationally recognized expert in eDiscovery and digital forensics and is the CEO of Avansic. Dr. Manes founded Avansic in 2004 after completing his Doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa. At Avansic, Dr. Manes is committed to high-technology innovation, research, and mentorship, and currently has several patents pending. Avansic’s scientific approach to eDiscovery and digital forensics stems from his academic experience.
