Alex was Associate General Counsel for Webroot and VP and Associate General Counsel for Carbonite prior to the OpenText’s acquisition of Carbonite in 2020.
Prior to moving to corporate counsel positions Alex spent 8 years with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office where he addressed matters related to securities, tax and business. Alex received a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado and a J.D. from New England Law School in Boston.
