Shannon Smith leads Onna’s engineering organization in developing scalable software, systems and processes to support the growth of Onna’s Knowledge Integration Platform. He also oversees security and IT operations for Onna. Shannon has 17+ years of experience working with both startup and enterprise software companies, leading teams to deliver high quality software products. Prior to joining Onna, Shannon was Director of Engineering Operations and Quality at K4Connect. He previously led teams within the research and development division of SAS Institute. Shannon has a passion for helping others discover, develop and utilize their skills, while building company cultures that value learning and growth. Outside of Onna, Shannon is also the founder and executive director of Dynamic Water, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing local, clean water access to communities in need.

Tom Stephenson is a highly accomplished legal professional and Vice President of Community & Legal Operations at Legal.io where he devises and executes community & operational strategies for the fastest-growing legal talent & community marketplace. Previously, Tom served as Director of Legal Operations at Credit Karma and as Teladoc Health’s first legal operations executive amid the pandemic while supporting the largest M&A transaction in virtual care history.

With over a decade of varied roles within the legal industry, Tom has worked alongside global law firms, Fortune 500 corporations, legal tech vendors, and alternative legal service providers to address issues impacting today’s evolving corporate in-house and law firm workplaces. He is co-founder of the Dear Legal Ops podcast which shares valuable insights and empowers listeners across the corporate in-house and legal operations profession. Anna Simpson is the Senior Director of Product Management at Box, specializing in digital compliance and global governance. With an extensive background in the industry, Anna has held key positions at Veritas and Symantec, contributing significantly to data protection and insights. She holds certifications in CEDS, CIPT, and CIPP/E, underscoring her expertise in information privacy and technology. Anna earned her Bachelor of Information Technology from Griffith University.

Warren is Vice President, Data Forensics and Preservation at UnitedLex, a global leader in legal consulting and services. He has spent the last 30 years between law enforcement and as a consultant supporting various agencies with incident response, computer forensics, and eDiscovery. Warren is the coauthor of “Computer Forensics: Incident Response Essentials” and is the 2023 International President of the High Tech Crime Investigative Association (HTCIA.org) and the Past President of the Digital Forensics Certification Board. He has supported projects across a wide range of major U.S. corporations and agencies. In addition, he led a team of computer forensic experts in a three-year engagement in support of a fraud investigation task force at the world’s largest international cooperative organization. He is certified CISSP, ENCE, DFCP, CASA, and is a former police officer in New Jersey.
