The livestream interview – Dropping Dimes: Kelly Twigger on Case Law, Generative AI, and Other eDiscovery Assists – will be conducted next Monday, February 26 at 12:30 ET (11:30 CT, 10:30 MT and 9:30 PT).

Among the topics they will discuss:

• What the FTC and SEC’s intensification of failure-to-preserve rules mean for legal professionals. Including recent case law citations, naturally.
• Why law schools are beginning to focus more on eDiscovery.
• How to leverage generative AI for law in general and eDiscovery in particular.
