Dropping Dimes with Kelly Twigger and Level Legal Next Week!: eDiscovery Trends

Level Legal’s terrific Level Table interview series on eDiscovery and other legal tech topics will be dropping dimes with Kelly Twigger next week!

If you don’t know Kelly already, she is the CEO of eDiscovery Assistant and Discovery Strategist and Principal at ESI Attorneys! The livestream interview – Dropping Dimes: Kelly Twigger on Case Law, Generative AI, and Other eDiscovery Assists – will be conducted next Monday, February 26 at 12:30 ET (11:30 CT, 10:30 MT and 9:30 PT).

Among the topics they will discuss:

  • What the FTC and SEC’s intensification of failure-to-preserve rules mean for legal professionals. Including recent case law citations, naturally.
  • Why law schools are beginning to focus more on eDiscovery.
  • How to leverage generative AI for law in general and eDiscovery in particular.

You can register to attend the livestream interview here. Not only that, but you can also identify questions that you would like to ask Kelly when you register, as those questions will shape the livestream. You could ask her things like: “how does she run two companies at once?” Or “where does she and her team find so many cases for eDiscovery Assistant?” Or “what will she be presenting on next week at the UF-Law E-Discovery Conference?” Or “when will eDiscovery Assistant be publishing its annual Case Law report?” More on that soon – cliffhanger alert! 😀

Why is the interview titled dropping dimes with Kelly Twigger? Because Kelly played basketball in college and even played in the Final Four for Washington University in St. Louis! There’s an eDiscovery trivia question to file away for future use!

Here’s the link for the livestream interview. Check it out!
